OUR MISSION: Inspired by Gospel values, the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul leads women and men to join together to grow spiritually in perfect union with Jesus Christ and the perfection of His love, and to serve those in need and suffering in our community.
FOOD GIVEAWAY: We had our free food giveaway last weekend. It was a great event! Thank you for your support and prayers that made it such a success. We served about 300 families that came in 175 vehicles, bicycles, wheelchairs and walkers. God was present to all of us.
HOME VISITS: When we receive a call for assistance we assign a home visit team consisting of a woman and man to meet with our neighbors at their home and offer to help them. Over this past year we received about three or four calls per month. These past several months the number of calls has increased from seven to eight calls per month. Over the past 10 months we’ve provided financial assistance to 40 of our neighbors in need. But the need couldn’t be greater!
